Lead all aspects of the annual computer replacement cycle-including selecting new models w/vendors, identifying devices eligible for replacement, confirming clients’ desired models, and overseeing team members’ work to configure and deploy technology.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence. Collect and review performance metrics with team members and ITS leadership.Streamline processes and ensure the adoption of technology solutions that align with organizational objectives in support of an evolving digital workplace.Develop team talent and provide opportunities for growth and specialization. Lead a team of desktop support specialists (2) and endpoint administrators (2).Oversee and guide high-quality hands-on technology and client support for personally-assigned and public technology, including approximately 1900 Windows and macOS devices mobile devices VoIP phones and other desktop technology and client management software.
